Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Top-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil made from organic olives harvested and pressed in Tuscany.

Near the Locanda, the olive grove has about 1000 plants of different varieties: leccino, moraiolo and frantoio. The harvest takes place in October and the olives are cold pressed to preserve their strong green colour and distinctive sparkling flavour.

The absence of chemical treatments and the quality control from the beginning of the cycle to the bottling allow this product to preserve its typical scent characteristics.
