Pasta and Flours

Our organically grown flours are milled by an artisanal mill, preserving the authentic and characteristic flavour; they contain the precious wheat germ and the outer part of the grain, rich in fibre and nutrients that would be lost through industrial refining. They are excellent for home production of cakes, breads and pizzas. Some of our pastas, both white and wholemeal, are made with Grano Antico Cappelli semolina, a highly prized wheat with a unique and unmistakable flavour now cultivated by a few exclusive farms. A semolina of great tradition, dating back to the early 1900s, which has not undergone any mutations, rich in nutrients, low in gluten and highly digestible.
